Sales Development Representative
Salary plus Bonus
Base – $20 / hour
OTE – $30k Part Time / $60k Full Time
Impact CBS, Inc is looking for a high energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative to provide pre-sales and sales support. This role is one of the first touch points for prospects and will set the tone for the sales cycle following.
This role will have a strategic and research-based approach generating and following up on leads for relevant businesses.
Responsible for outbound prospecting and qualifying leads through the stages in the sales funnel.
Must research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects, qualify leads and either hand them over for closure or close the sales themselves.
Measured by how effectively they move leads into sales through the sales pipeline to reaching the final sale.
The outbound sales process requires the SDR to reach out to prospects in the form of cold calls, emails and social networks.
Once a connection has been made, the SDR is responsible for contacting leads, qualifying them as prospects, educating prospects about our products and scheduling meetings to complete the sale.
Due to the nature of this role, SDR candidates must have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels to include; email, social media, phone, etc.
Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
As front line representatives, SDR candidates must have the skills to make a lasting impact on customers.
A few years of experience in sales or a related field such as marketing, market research, sales, business development or other client facing roles would be beneficial.
Fearless and willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain Impacts value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with.
An obsession with prospect happiness to set the stage for effective sales follow-up.

Flexibility to change as and when necessary.
Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email with strong and professional levels of communication.
Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources.
Profile and identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle.
Act as the subject matter expert on Impact product offerings along with solution development skills.
Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they become customers.
